- Proven ability in design, analysis and numerical simulation of kryoelectronic devices and experience in design realization with IC-CAD tools for mask generation.
- Experience in statistical experimental design methods and proven ability in process optimization.

- Thorough knowledge of process engineering operations in high-Tc manufacturing including deposition processes of YBa2Cu3O7, SrTiO3, and various metals.
- Understanding quality, uniformity, and composition in the films deposited and associated problems like the local epitaxial quality.
- Clear understanding of all the sub-processes of Lithography and Etching techniques like Plasma etching, ion gun Etching and problems associated with etching such as damaging and redeposition.
- Experience and proven ability in the electrical and noise analysis of kryoelectronic components and statistical process control techniques in manufacturing environment.
